    Killie (a) 02/05/26

Much as it would be funny to potentially put the Funny Lot in to an even funnier position in the League by losing, putting the sensible head on getting shot of this lot and their schitty pitch located in a god awful @rsehole end of the country (where we never ever get a result) would do us much better going in to next season. Strangely, for once going away to Killie I actually fancy us to get the win.

So team should be picking itself now - go get the three points.

Pressure is off the players and manager. A chance for some of them to put themselves in the shop window. Killie will be scrapping for their lives...so I expect a tough game. I'm hoping that the manager has us fired up for this match as I think getting a winning run, sets us up well for next season.

If Ogren has any sense he'll have our players on a decent win bonus to get this lot beat and help them on their way down. Financially I'm absolutely certain he's hoping the Sheep and the Fun stay up.

Hope we do win this one. Bobby Williamson was the manager when I think we started this horrible run against them. It is about as bad at not winning at the tattiedome. Beat them and get them sent to the play-offs where it would be great to get Dunfermline coming up. Liked going to East End Park, winning the Scottish Cup semi-final in 91 was good. When we got relegated in the 90s they were good then and beat us to the Championship. However under Kirkwood that was some frontline we had. Pity he shat it when we got up, if he had kept that formula he would have stayed longer as United manager imo.

Think you are getting two bad runs against Killie and merging them, yes we had a horrendous run from 1998 for a few years but we then had their number for a few years under Levein to McNamara era, it's only the last 2-3 years we've had a poor run again v them
