Yes completely and utterly conned.

He sold it as a means of reducing immigration and a lot of people couldnt separate eu migration from lawful non eu migration, refugees and illegal migrants. He is still muddying all those very different types of migrants today.

It didnt reduce migration and he knew it wouldnt. He also knew the EU wouldnt allow a decent deal and were important to us. He knew the NHS wouldnt improve by leaving the EU and he also knew we would retain most laws from the EU.

Its been a total failure and he is tricking gullible folk again.
