The NHS is failing because of huge population growth, students who can?t afford to study medicine for 5 years and fat folk with health issues due to fast food once their welfare credit arrives. Personally I dont like Starmer much, certainly not as much as you do, but I think we are safer with him than Farage. I also think Starmers cabinet are better than what reforms are.
