I think too much is made of the system, my point is until you get rid of sh1t defenders and goalkeepers it's not going to make much difference to Richards padding passbacks out to opponents, Kurchenko punching balls into his own net, loads of our goals conceded this season are from set pieces, KK switching off, Bert being slower than Declan Gallagher, Lovu not being much quicker and poor on the ball. The system has worked a lot better since Agyei has come into the team, but what system you play doesn't really matter if you have a chocolate fireguard for a defence.
