Third party ownership was not against Premier Lg rules when we signed Tevez, they outlawed the process the following season. West Ham were fined for incorrectly registering the player which was an offence that did not carry a points deduction as part of the penalty.

The premier Lg never 'bottled' anything, they applied their own rules to the letter but were so perplexed with the whole messy saga that they banned third party ownership the following season.

Sorry that my views are about as welcome as a reggae band at a Ku Klux Klan convention but I have to disagree with some points here mainly from Bonzo who I debated this at length with about this time last year.
