I think the only way to settle this blame thing that is going on ,is to ask yourself this .

When your at work , do you have to have the manager running up and down the work place screaming orders at you just to get you motivated and do your job properly & to the best of your ability , or is the job & maybe the pay enough to motivate you out of bed each morning ?

I thought most managers sat in their office while the work force got on with their jobs. Any one see the @rse game last night , Bilic was sat in the middle tier & no where near the touch line.

Seem a lot of you overlook the fact that we have quite a few new players in our squad , now surely & just ask the squirts this, they are all going to need time tk settle in and gel together, the season has only just kicked off a couple of weeks ago and before that in pre-season we were absolute pants in every game.
FFS the Mighty Man Poo also lost to a lower league club and they have got a top manager there.
