Full time 1-1 and Wolfie Bill gets it right again. Well done to him and to Wolves for getting a point at a very difficult venue!

FT 1-1
Another match we allowed to get away from us...
we had our chances, but as we've done so often before we just didn't capitalise on them. Our
shot at making the last four play-off spots is looking much harder now, but anything's still possible.![]()
Well, we have caught up a point on Brentford and Ipswich. 6th place is probably our best possibility, but a real possibility at that.
On Tuesday, Brentford are at Blackburn and Ipswich are at home to Bolton. We are at home to Sheffield Wednesday.
Looks like Cardiff finished with 9 men and still won!![]()
To be honest I would have been happy with a top 10 finish and consolidation when the season started but the fact we've been in and around the play-offs for most of the season has been a bonus.
If at the end of the season we find we've sneaked a play-off place then great, if we get really lucky and go up through them all the better.
If that does happen you won't have to be an Einstein to realise it will be a mammoth task just to even compete, we will be watching our team lose most weeks with the 'softener' being the knowledge we'll be going down with a huge amount of money.

As pointed out of late, Wolves again offered little in resistance when faced with Brighton attacks, stood off and allowed Teixeira and co time to dictate the play and tempo, it often looked like they always had the extra man. Up front for Brighton Mackail-Smith probably guilty of squandering a couple of chances, a header and a one on one with Kuszczak which the striker put wide. The forward upon on his substitution gave Danny Batth no end of problems. The Wolves defender's positional sense was often questionable and he struggled. One telling mistake was misjudging the flight of the ball and lucky not to be punished.
Wolves had chances themselves, McDonald with a couple, Sako's effort in the first half that was cleared away and the Afobe header in the second half. The goals as stated could and shoul
