Very, very sad news - absolutely gutted.

Agree the new ground should have something named after him. My suggestion would be the new supporters bar. The lounges are always a bit stuffy and as tattie was really one of us and liked nothing more than a laugh and a beer with the punters I think that would be an appropriate and fitting tribute.

RIP Tattie, a true Dons legend, you will be missed min.

I'm all for the naming of one of the lounges being dedicated to Neales memory, how does the "Tattie Cooper Lounge/bar" sound, there is plenty of video footage which can be shown on screens when the bar is open and plenty of memorabilia which could adorn the walls etc.
On the same theme, we should really have another bar named "Bar '83" with the highlights of our European run being shown on screens and the walls again covered in pics etc of our greatest ever triumph.
Just a thought, but I'm sure a lot of young ones would enjoy seeing the likes of this.

Not a fan usually but their front page is superb IMO. Poignant and celebrating that goal.

I never buy the rag, but I had too tonight after seeing the front page we Tattie on it. Credit where it is due, it was a nice touch for an AFC Legend.

Maybe as a tribute the club could name the young player of the year award after Neale? After all he was one of our own and scored the goal we have all dreamed of scoring for the dons.

Too young to remember his playing days but the Cup final goal is etched in the memory having watched TotD far too many times.

Tragic, taken way too soon, the world knew him as a great footballer, but he was also a thoroughly decent guy.
