Nonsense. The amount of times he gives the ball away, this putting pressure on the defence.

Also no 40 year old should be 'absolutely crucial' to any side.

Will take that, not too bothered about the performance.

With the Torquay result going for us that's an excellent night's work.

Done and dusted... fantastic 3 points tonight, to a man they all did their jobs, defense was outstanding, special mention to Kelly Evans, brilliant stuff again from the little fella, on the up once again

Stockport did seem to give him all the space he wanted, didn't they? They didn't play wide at all so their concentrated play in the middle allowed DKE and Enzio to run the wings, I've no doubt if Thomas or Sam were alongside Wooton we would have scored another couple of goals.

A good hard working team win tonight. The performance was a professional one and once against a solid defensive performance with another clean sheet. The 1-0 win is what wins titles.

Whilst we haven’t created too much to note tonight we have been resolute and strong defensively and limited Stockport to scraps. The work rate was really high and the effort cannot be faulted.

These 1-0 wins will do just fine whilst we are awaiting for the likes of Roberts and Thomas to come back into the fold and give us some more firepower.

We really do have nobody to fear at this level and it’s good to get another win going into Christmas period.

Well played Notts. Good defensive performance, shut them down in the second half. Turner and Rawlo were immense.
