I'd imagine it's for the duration they are away, not 100% sure though.

I think (and its just think) its for the duration of the tournament, which I believe counts as from the deadline for the squads being announced up until a team gets knocked out.

That makes sense, pity though as it’s unlikely the club will reap any benefit other than the player’s stock in relation to potential transfer fees

It is and includes friendlies as well as big tournaments. Although each association chooses costs.

The unselfishness to square it was brilliant. His pace is definitely a big asset and i think he is only going to get better. Can hit with both feet too.
