I wasn’t expecting it, but the trio of Adams, Roca and Aaronson is very effective.

Throw an additional Pablo-type into that mix and we would have a solid and inventive core in the middle of the park.

We can thank Meslier yet again for keeping what looked like a definite second out, but we were knocking at their door for most of the rest of the second half.

Hopefully Bambi stays fit and Rodrigo isn’t laid up for too long.

Everyone seems to know it, but our defensive left side needs work. Lots of work. And then some. Our right side is also a bit suspect.

Still. Feeling positive at the moment!

we had James. have we ever scored with him on field? can't recall.

I do have to say that Adams is really solid defensively and Roca seems to do a lot of defensive work. we are so much better in the midfield this year. Koch has also been really good. Hope they leave them back in CB. I'd sit Llorente if you want to get Cooper back in.

He was excellent v Spuds away last year - feel for him as side before self willingness to play out of position means we haven’t really played him in his proper position - a striker he most certainly not - I high energy winger/attacking mid he does pretty well and he is excellent on the press.

Not sure how far off Ayling is, but he should get a shot at Kristensen's spot you'd think.

Definitely. He looks out of his depth. Not great at defending and ponderous going forward. 90% of his passes are backwards, he rarely overlaps and looks terrified when he gets the ball.
