The rest from not playing yesterday will hopefully have done those of ours injured, a good turn in the healing process. Slight twist in that, our next game isn't while Wednesday but, we're back in action three days later at Plymouth. Swings and roundabouts with the resting time I suppose.

Let's take a butchers at what went off yesterday. I know Leeds cost me 2 points while some benefitted gaining 3 points from their drawn game with Liverpool.

No Shows:No Pocket again, not like him to miss three in a row? Avondale is still on his jollies.

Weekly winner(s): A very low scoring event for a lot of us. Only one managed normal double digits so take it away Grist. His masterful score of 12 points was great to see as he got 8/10 correct. Don't forget, this is the man who got 10/10 last season so he was due a biggie.Well done Sir.

Predict a score: Some close shouts either way but no one guessed correct as it finished Bristol city 0 v 1 Millwall. A rollover it is then next weekend.

Joker(s) played: None were played. That still leaves only four left to play, HK Miller, Lol Morgan, Ronners and YAK.

Wooden Spoon(s): Like I said, it was very low scoring so no surprise there was more than one person claiming a spoon. They were CAM and Ackworth who posted 2 points each. All yours chaps.

Cayton makes a mini break away again hoping to hold down that top slot for Xmas day but will he? He's closely followed by Pipppy and then yours truly still in third spot.

Grist with his weekly win has given himself a very welcome boost as he climbs away from the foot of the table.

Anyone know what's happened to Pocket of late?

    The Table:

    (J) Cayton =141+9=150+7=157+8=165+9=174
    (J) Pipppy =135+5=140+5=145+16=161+3=164

11 points behind you is easily catchable so enjoy your time up there while you can

NB. I thought CAM was mounting an attack on me now he's shifted his sight off you?

Well, so much for having an 8 day rest before the Blackpool game, nothing from that. Then only 3 days after, another what could have been a winning game, down at Plymouth. Both teams below us, 6 points lost and now we have to dig deep again this coming Saturday, against a much stronger team. Such is following the Millers, there's never a dull day, unless you're losing!

Right then, last Saturday who scored what where and when? let us reveal all.....

No Shows: Pocket, don't know what's happening there? Ackworth also dipped out?

Weekly winner(s): An up and down score for all, with only three hitting double digits. Both CAM and CT Milller delivered 10 points each, credit for that Gentlemen. There was however one better score and that was from HK Miller. The 5 bonus points are yours pal, well done.

Predict a score: It was a double roll over and boy did Ars.enal let us all down, well not all of us actually.

The big expected scores of 7-0, loads of 5-0's never materialised as the game finished Ars.enal 2 v 1 Wolves. From all of the entries we did actually have a winner who predicted it spot on. Take a bow YAK and all the 10 bonus points are yours. See, you expect top thrashing bottom but it doesn't always come out like that

Joker(s) played: First I will mention that LolMorgan played his Joker and his overall score was 18, a respectable score indeed. Well done for that.

Moving on, we have yet another situation this season where if you're going to play your Joker, and very late on in the first part of the season, make it count! HK Miller did exactly that as he decided to play his and accrued a score of 11 normal points which was enough for him to claim the weekly win. Add the 5 bonus points then double it all for his Joker and he scored a very impressive 32 points. Now that's the way to play a Joker! This now propels him into the top pack vying for a Euro glory spot. Very well done Sir.

Wooden Spoon(s): Sadly it was very average to low scoring for many of us and there had to be a loser. Commiserations to Mr Buckaroo as his score of 1 point wasn't enough to swerve a spoon. All yours pal take it away

Cayton, who I think this season is astounding himself, still holds that coveted spot and makes another small gap between the chasing pack. Pipppy is still snapping hard at his heels while Myself, Glenn and HK Miller, who is now at the table licking his lips after that great score, closely follow suit.

Only 2 Jokers left to be played by Ronners and YAK.

A big well done to Avondale as he passes the 100 barrier.

    The Table:

    (J) Cayton =150+7=157+8=165+9=174+9=183
    (J) Pipppy =140+5=145+16=161+3=164+7=171
    (J) Brin =121+28=149+10=159+4=163+5=168
    (J) GlennMiller =147+9=156+5=161+4=165
    (J) HK Miller =111+5=116+8=124+8=132+32=164
    (J) Nardendee =135+7=142+4=146+7=153
    (J) LeedsMiller =139+4=143+5=148+4=152
    (J) Millersrus =125+12=137+5=142+8=150
    (J) CT Milller =118+9=127+8=135+10=145
    (J) Mr_Buckaroo =125+10=135+8=143+1=144
    (J) a123 =122+6=128+4=132+4=136+3=139
    (J) MillersTale =110+18=128+3=131+7=138
    YAK =99+5=104+8=112+5=117+4=121+17=138
    (J) Bramley Miller =116+7=123+8=131+5=136
    (J) Lol Morgan =98+4=102+6=108+6=114+18=132
    Ronners =108+4=112+8=120+5=125+4=129
    (J) CAMiller =103+4=107+6=113+2=115+10=125
    (J) ELK =107+4=111+5=116+5=121+3=124
    (J) Grist to the Mill =91+12=103+17=120+2=122
    (J) Harry Bow =103+7=110+6=116+4=120
    (J) Ackworth =102+6=108+9=117+2=119+0=119
    (J) Avondale Miller =98+0=98+0=98+4=102
