Its in situations like this that we should get some information on the timeline and the BBC are reporting only 2 officers who were at George Square have tested positive.

I don't think so mate. Holidays may be canned for a bit, certainly to destinations on the red list as I can't see that lifting entirely. Europe is absolutely f*cked again, third wave & lockdowns everywhere. Will be interesting to see what Sturgeon does with regards the travel ban.

Slight tech issue crept in last night, so here is the corrected version of how the vaccination programme has progressed over 3 days.

    Vaccination progress by age group.
    Over 80s, 97.6% (97.6) (97.5)
    75-79, 99.8% (99.7) (99.7)
    70-74, 100%
    65-69, 97.5% (97.5) (97.4)
    60-64, 81.9% (79.8) (74)
    55-59, 46.5% (45.5) (43.8)
    50-54, 36.6% (36) (34.9)
    40-49, 27.2% (26.9) (26.2)
    30-39, 19.5% (19.2) (18.8)
    16-29, 12.2% (12.1) (11.7)

Total and utter arseholes. Given the year we've had it's fkn mind boggling that anyone would think this is even remotely sensible.

Universities should be puting rules in that say if you do this you are thrown off your course and permanently banned from the Uni.

Totally agree Terence, very disappointing that Dundee numbers shoot up due to one FN student party,i hope they at least got fined for this and the organiser was lifted.

The chicken factory had a hand in the rise in new cases as well for Dundee City.
