Surely the only outcome is that hearts pay all the costs. Our statement sets out that they named us as defenders and served proceedings direct on us Raith and Cove.

Let’s see what extra punishment there is for the league as this is a pretty big and obvious breaking of the rules if they should not have brought the legal action
