Im no planning expert but looking at the site on Google maps it's not the biggest. And severe access problems for vehicles. For a 15000 stadium you would expect maybe space for 3000 cars,100 coaches. That's before the 3 emergency services. Plus pedestrian access would need bridges over the road surely? But if you took the stadium out of the plans, aye maybe 😎

This could be the longest running Scottish football scam since, err, Giovanni de Stefano

To be fair, it is a fair skelp of ground, and can see how a stadium, crematorium, business units and even some houses could be fitted into the area as it is, however, like you mention, it would need significant parking provision and proper exit and entry points for vehicles as, at the moment, the only exit entry is via the leisure park. To get that kind of infrastructure in place would very quickly reduce the overall area, plus, two sides of the area are boundaries of Camperdown Park, one side is the leisure park, the other is the Kingsway West, not much scope there for new roads etc. And let’s not forget part of the funsters grand plan is to place two training pitches at the lower meadows of Camperdown just down from the play park. Hard to see how these plans can pass Committee at the cooncil.

Unless I’m mistaken. I’m Not sure how any stadium can be built on public green belt land.
(Or else, houses would have been built there years ago).

Surely, this has got to be a complete non-starter.
