For a day. Like every other high profile legal case he?s lost, he?s won it on appeal.
He knew the lower judiciary had been stacked with left wing, activist judges, so was prepared for this.

Nothing to see here, move on.

This decision was made by three judges, one appointed by Reagan, one by Obama and one by Trump. Left leaning?

Trump has lost a TONNE of high profile cases that he did not subsequently win on appeal. His "the 2020 election was stolen" rampage had something like 100 lost cases.

Doesn't stop him still claiming it.

I wouldn't be surprised if the higher courts back him. Can't see those three judges having their jobs for long either.

Things like this are the reasons why people voted for Trump. You couldn't make it up.

How many more racist skeletons are there in the Democratic Party closet?

Dont forget, any judge who rules against Trump automatically becomes a left wing activist in the minds of people like our friend here.

In his big Ladybird book of government and politics, he hasnt yet reached I for independent judiciary yet.

He hasn't even begun any appeal process yet.

Note to board: The ? issue in the quotes above is due to quoted unicode characters not existing in the font the board uses. If the board moves to a more modern font the issue will vanish.

But it did not use to happen; I'm blaming Musk.

This happens to me here too, but I notice that other users such as OldPie above are able to use apostrophes just fine. Any idea why they can but some of us cannot?
