Business done & Walker was never a target according to Neilson.

Off topic, but Berra, who was leading Hearts on their merry way out of the Premier League, is tasked with getting the Funny Lot into the Premier League. There’s Funster logic right there.

It just disnae make any sense,McPoke says a striker is his priority because he fell out with Johnson,he said Hearts priced them out the market for Claude Whittington but he then goes back to them to sign a 35 year old defender on his last legs and gives him the NO7 jersey.

Hmm, no overly impressed we didn’t bring in a winger or anyone with next season in mind.

My thoughts with Walker mate same as the FUN with Whittington Hearts wanted too much of the wage paid.As far as Berra is concerned my Dens Park Mole says Hearts were desperate to get him out of the club.My mole also told me that Danny Mullen's move collapsed at the last minute.
The Dees needed a striker after the fallout with McPoke and Johnson but they ended up with a right back and a centre half.

To be fair GB, they need to keep some cash back to pay for the Massed Bands Of The Royal Marines For GOHD Day. And that don’t come cheap.

Not fussed tbh. Would rather build for next season over the summer. Look at the players we bought last January:

Aidan Nesbitt, Cammy Smith, Morgaro Gomis, Ian Harkes, Ross Laidlaw, Charlie Seaman, Peter Pawlett, Calum Butcher, Mark Connolly, Mark Reynolds & Osman Sow.

Pretty poor reading tbh. Only 2 of them I'd take into the Premiership. Summer gives us far more options.

Ye I agree. More options to get players contracted in the summer, the January sales are OK if you're looking to get in loan deals or if you have some money to buy players but I'm quite happy to wait for summer as there will be more choice for us.

Confirmed as Cammy Smith on loan to Dundalk till the summer. Thank **** we've not just lost Clark & Sow to injuries or we'd be really ****ed up front.
