Aye, you could have proper conversations with some of those lads. Problem was that heed-the-ball 5 who had such a hatred of us that it went beyond 'banter'. Some of them were just football fans who happened to live 14 miles or so down the road and supported their local team but some couldn't see past their hatred of us and our city.

Yes it's odd but when we used to take the Mick out of them it was just banter but from thier side it was largely serious and venemous with the majority of them. That's why the decent ones left the site. I take it that you refer to Fivesaliva Zip.

Footymad in general has gone downhill. I’ve not posted or visited this site in years until recently. Swear it was busier and had a better layout back in the day. I’m going back about 10 years now.
