Think we competed well lastnight. Showed we can compete with one of the best the league has to offer without our first choice full backs and striker. The final 3rd, service, and correct decision making is still a cause for concern though.

What's folks thoughts on Edwards? My first impression is we'd be better giving the young lad Nielson game time. However, it's far too early to judge him, pity about the injury (but he really should have went off when it first happened).

    I agree with this.

I thought he looked pretty comfortable until the injury. That said, I wasn't worried at all when young Neilson came on, looked very assured for a lad that age.

Think some of these comments are unbelievably harsh.
I don't remember any shots on goal if I'm being honest, I'm just going by the stats.

I also don't see any unbelievably harsh comments?

I've already said we were well drilled and organised but we offered absolutely nothing going forward. That's a fair assessment of our performance imo. The negativity surrounding Neilson would have inevitably led to him getting grief for last night

You are right, we could have played all night and not scored.

Exactly, its like comparing apples with elephants. A game with Alloa is hardly comparable to a game against the team at the top of the SPL!

    They're not harsh, they're nonsense.

Why? I think we were pretty solid last night but you can't deny we never looked like scoring.
