Middlesbrough chairman Steve Gibson reacts to the speculation, that former Derby County manager's Steve McClaren and Nigel Pearson, are lined up to become the next boss to take over at The Riverside. What makes me laugh about Gibson,is the fact that he has stated that " Steve Agnew has years of experience" and he is the right person, to take the helm and lead Middlesbrough to Premier League survival. But does he have more experience then Steve or Nigel? the answer is no. Are Steve and Nigel better candidates to keep Middlesbrough up? Yes Looks like Gibson, has got his work cut out and he is going to need everything he can get his hands on, if he wants to keep Middlesbrough up this season and take them onto the next step.
