Conway has been getting described on the Blackburn forum as "A great guy on and off the pitch but finished as a footballer"....... doesn't fill me with confidence but if he can pull off a Charlie Miller style season, he could be great. Can't say I have followed his career enough to judge.

If we are planning to let one of them go then would be Booth every day of the week for me, every though he has done OK, Robson is the better player and has improved
However we may keep both and use Robson mainly left mid, time will tell

massively disagree, Booth is solid and performs better at LB than Robson, Robson is 'so so' at left mid but certainly not a position he should command Originally Posted by shedka

Gonna be cautious this year about signings as i expected too much after the last 2 summers and got burnt in the end!
On the face of it, that looks like the defence is sorted. Smith/Watson, Connelly/Bouhenna/Watson, Reynolds/Frans and Sporle/Booth/(Robson) would be good to start off with, but wouldnt be upset if Booth and Frans were moved on.

There are some doing the rounds, from wishful thinking to downright no good enough for us!
Keeper, Fox from County, would be happy with that but its gone quiet.
Striker, Shankland nae chance! Stevie May thanks but no thanks, and Doolan just no!
After that there is nothing!

A couple of weeks ago, I was reading stuff like Sam Nicholson and Chris Cadden were done deals.! They might well be but never been mentioned since.
