Seen as we are using stats for this thread I wonder what everybody's thoughts are on Allardyce.Seeing as I thought he was shocking as did thousands of others.
My point being,unless we get at least a draw against Leicester,Allardyce will have got more points than either Bruce or Rafa did in their first 21 Premier League games.

I've nothing against stats..they are a useful tool to be used to get the overall picture..they don't however tell the whole story...to pretend otherwise is to be facile...

So will Ashley be happy with Bruce if he gets less points seeing as he sacked Allardyce.Also why if we lose to Leicester will 25pts from 21 games be good whilst 26 from 21 with Allardyce wasnt.
This is why comparing last season to this over the same amounts of games is load of shìte.What I have just posted reads a load of shìte but is fact.
Would also like to know how Rafa took us backwards.Yes he is gone but we were as good as down when he came and he got us back up and kept us up for the other 2 seasons,job done as far as Ashley is concerned.Only one man has and is taking this club backwards and it is Ashley.

I can’t see us getting a point in January so let’s review the fantastic Bruce statistics then.

Bruce is clueless man but I don’t blame him for taking the job and he certainly is not the main problem at our club or should I say HIS CLUB

Sure as some have been quiet as church mice till Bruce has gained a few lucky points (playing abysmal football) they will soon return to silence when normal Brucie service is resumed. (Apart from the troll who is, at least, consistent).

If we lose to Leicester Bruce will have less points than Allardyce got in 21 games,and we know what happened to him.But stats only count with certain posters when it's in their favour.When they are not,they are nonsense stats and dont count and the rest of us are spoiling the board and are too negative.
I will put my neck on the line as well and say now,Ashley fc will not finish higher than last season.Despite a massive spend in the Summer.

The sad thing is although they won't admit it people on here are desperate for that not to happen. Desperate for a Newcastle supporting Geordie to ba1ls it all up so they can carry on singing the praises of a well overpaid Spanish manager in Rafa. I liked Rafa and I do think he's a good quality manager, but as I've said in the past for me his wage alone (which was up there with champs league managers) should of warranted us better league finishes. His treatment of certain senior players he didn't want was always the real sh1tter for me though, I just didn't like how he had a few lads been here years pushed out completely to the point of training with the young lads. I also think under our obvious structure which yeah it's sh1t but he new what he had to work with, we were always linked with (Rafa's number 1 target) they were always names he surely must of known we had no chance of signing. Then we sign someone it SOMEHOW gets out it was Rafa's fourth choice so we then all feel sorry for him and kick off. Imagine how some of them must of felt coming knowing they wasn't who he even wanted. That's not the way to go about things imo and one of the reasons we never really did that well under him.
