More guesswork about a subject matter the vast majority just don't care about. I can't for the life of me work out why you two haven't worked this out yet?!

To think someone suggested the argument was born out of your NA agenda , it's evolved comically into these anti mission ramblings.

Please can I ask that you take this to the handbags thread because as you know Swale is sadly no longer around to move his own thread there. Oh the irony, which I know Swale would appreciate and may find amusing.

We are battling for a play off spot are unbeaten in 5 and entertaining the viewing public and all you want to do is concentrate on your obsession and continue to instigate tit for tat petty arguments.

Would be great to go back to discussing Notts.

I didn't realise we weren't able to discuss anything else other than notts.

How about for one single thread, those of you who bicker endlessly with each other actually just stop. There's a need to have the final word, to be 'right' which is bordering on obsessive, from some. How about, if you disagree, just leave the thread once in a while.

Its surely likely that this bloody arguing has contributed to Swale leaving (tbf I haven't asked him yet, but you'd have to guess so).

Football is all about opinions, not much more, it's good to share them, and debate and even argue sometimes. But the endless drive to be RIGHT from some posters is ruining this board. If it ends up closing down, maybe people will reflect on what part they might have played in that.

Nailed it. "Football is about opinions..."

That's the whole point "football". These annoying repetitive personal petty dull arguments continually instigated by just a handful of people aren't about football. That's the saddest part of a sad affair.

Arguing and agreeing about football in particular Notts is what it should primarily be about. For some it clearly isn't. Scary stuff.

I've not heard that his mission is a wind up he seems very serious about it
One thing is for sure he admits he likes arguing and yet people come on here defending him, not you but 61p and others It beggars belief.
Hes a liar and a hypocrite so yes I respond to his rubbish and stupidity and I'm more than happy to go to handbags but he ignores it and Carrie's on taking the topic off thread again contrary to his so called mission.
I'm not sure why you think his mission is a wind up Ihas he said it is? Personally I think hes up his own posterior and really believes hes the saviour of this board.
But that's just my opinion I could be wrong.
Mate it’s 100% a wind up, the boards fine, the only mission should be 3 or 4 stop arguing about the mission. The thing is, when’s it ever going to end? No ones going to admit defeat, no ones going smack the other one, it’s just going to NCMs version of Groundhog Day.

In that case, I must have missed your very valid reason. The moderator realised that petty arguments were upsetting some posters, so came up up with the brilliant idea (I wish I had thought of it) that such arguments could be confined to a single thread, meaning those who didn't want to read them could easily avoid it. To me it seemed the perfect solution, and I was on board from day one. Swale asked us to take any personal spats there, but you said "no, I will never do that". To me that suggests rudeness, ignorance and arrogance in the extreme. For the good of the board the moderator offered an ideal solution which should have pleased everyone, but you openly stuck two fingers up to his solution.

Please could you explain in clear and precise terms your "very valid reasons" for taking that action?

The thing is MM if you read Swales farewell posts he mentioned laddos mission being a noble one.
He backed his arguments to the hilt without revoking him because he believed laddo had the same values as he did which as you say wasnt the case at all.
Laddo has took the pi55 out of him of course if it is a wind up

Either stop, or take it to the 'one single thread' that the moderator specifically set up.

    That way everybody wins.

Yes, that's another solution Elite, good point. Or else I'll dust off my moderator's hat. And let's be honest, no-one wants that
