we need a change in the coaching set up, PW needs to stop with his pals act trying to keep a happy clappy management team, he is typical of the world today they cannot deal with alternate views and decenting voices. TS needs to take him to one side and say either you change it or I will, Barker needs to go and we need another fresh voice or ideas in that management team, someone who says to PW "i don't think it is a good idea to play players out of position Paul"

Will all due respect, you've got no idea what is said among the coaching team and if there are disagreements and alternate views or not. You've just decided there isn't to suit your narrative. None of us have any idea of what gets said behind the scenes so there's no point inventing scenarios and getting angry about them.

True, we can only go on what we see hear
Warney did once say ages ago though that sometimes Barker gives a different option and he then chooses to either go with it or not as he’s the manager and has the final say.

Personally I don’t have a problem with Barker.

Anyway it’s clear that Warney isn’t either listening or just too thick when we keep making the same mistakes don’t you think?

Seriously a blind person could probably have noticed the defence needed help.

I know Warney likes to see the same view the players see but now and again having a break from dugout and sitting upstairs might help him to see the problem, probably with headphones on so he can’t hear the fans advice

Would be a good idea for Warne going in the stands Millertop, we has fans saw last
season , that we were desperate for a left back.

When I was in the directors box at Millmoor, in the Swindon Town directors box, I had
Swindon manager Andy King sat next to me, he watched game for so long, then went
to the dug out, Mark Robins scored a hat-trick for the Millers that day.

Andy King sadly died aged 58 in 2015.

Not really, I think it's our first really poor performance of the reason (and it was really poor) and I think the complete meltdown from some fans has been pretty embarrassing, but it happens now whenever we don't win so it's to be expected. I love watching the Millers win but I really can't bring myself to get as irate as some people on here do when we lose, I've got more important things to worry about.

I am not angry about them at all, you are correct I have no idea, i suspect that the working relationship is based on the values that the manager projects via his media output, I do not believe that those values if applied in the way I suspect is resulting in the best decisions during critical moments of difficult games. To be clear i have no anger towards PW or the club, in fact it is the opposite, I am frustrated with what i observe when watching the team over a sustained period of time.

I've always been pro-Warne, partly because of what he's done behind the scenes to improve the infrastructure and image of the club and the fact that it genuinely hurts him when things go wrong.
I genuinely want him to succeed but on Saturday I felt he let himself and the fans down.
It was obvious to a blind man on a galloping horse that we were getting overrun down our left side and it was crying out for a change to be made to stem the flow. But he did nothing!
I've always felt that when you see supporters on TV with their head in their hands they're being overly dramatic but that's exactly what I found myself doing when he took Rathbone off. Wtf?
Now, for the first time, I feel uneasy and believe the manager is walking a tightrope. There were a lot more dissenting voices on Saturday and these will only get louder if the next couple of results go badly.
Surely Warne must be able to see that the current set up isn't working and he must also know that he has a very strong squad for League 1 if he only plays the best people in their best positions.
It's not rocket science Paul so sort it out before you get hounded out!.
    .......and now on to Lincoln.

What can Warney do now? he had chance in transfer window still struggling for proper centre backs should have kept either Cooper or Hull. Edmunds Green & Mattock aren't centre backs.

For a start he could try to put players in the right position, try to maybe use a formation that the players are capable of using their ability, he can’t keep using Ogbene Miller or Sadlier as bloody wingbacks when they’re not

Stop trying to make a player into something he isn’t
