"It would be worrying if we weren't getting the team in situations. Obviously we want to be doing better than we are, we're getting the team in situations and it's a little bit of quality that's lacking."

Asked about some of the boos at full-time from fans at Pittodrie, Glass said: "I understand their frustration. We're as frustrated as they are as a whole group. Players, staff, everyone. They can see what we're trying to do.

"I think questions like that lead you to turn players against fans and fans against players, but it's not like that. We're all together and pushing in the same direction and we'll get there.

"We are trying to do something at the club that's a little bit different. We're six games into a league campaign, we're sitting halfway up the league, we know we should be better. We'll get to where we want to be."

    Of course, of course…
What exactly does that mean? Hit the bottom six by close of play today? Beat DM’s record of games without a win? Shuffle the team every single game? The mind boggles…

Glass is clueless, someone that has been put in a position that he doesnt merit.

Glass isn't going to work. The players don't even look happy.

I wanted to give Glass the chance but he is currently looking out his depth big time. He should definitely drop Lewis and Ferguson as they think they are untouchable and both just look like going through the motions. That shouldn’t be the attitude of any Dons player.

Would you be happy working for someone whos biggest qualification is being the boss's mate?

As of now after the Jute derby we are bottom 6, phucking tragic.

Just for once, I’m not taking the piss.

This new regime is going to work out.

I really don’t like the corporate speak, but apart from that there’s hope.

Of course experience tells us that unless it turns around quite quickly then you can go into free fall.

At this point McInnes would have sacrificed everything for 3 points.
We went down that road so many times, it led to the most boring football imaginable.

I was disappointed yesterday when he took on Hayes and McGinn, he really has to stick to the changes* and look to the future.

As I’ve said before, if we end the season playing good football and looking forward to next season then that’ll do me for a beginning.

    * Apart fae Gallacher, he’s f’uckin bowfin.

Fair enough DD, opinions and all that and fair play to ya for sticking with it and keeping the faith, I hope you are right I really do, I have ma doubts tho.

Totally agree with Gallagher, was originally of the feeling he was going to be a solid defender for us and was happy with the signing, he is sh1te, hurry back Traffic cone so that we are sure Gallagher spends the rest of his contract with splinters in his @rse fkn awful defender.
We can add Jet to the sh1te list as well, two ok games against us last season where he caused us problems, one decent game earlier on in Europe and apart from that been fkn Rank.
Ramirez started ok but has fizzled out like a damp squib, another on to add to the sh1te list.
    Jenks - enough said (sh1te)
    Gurr - see Jenks
Samuels - fast but the jury is still out (could be heading to the sh1te list)
    Longstaff - jury still out
Watkins - needs someone to play off him or alongside him and without that he becomes sh1te.

master bates - OK I think I can give this one to glass looks like he might have "pulled off" a decent signing and if it means Gallagher doesn't get a game then even better.

Scott Brown - we need a whole squad with the same character and determination as Brown, but even he will be starting to get bogged down with all the crap round about him.

And out of all of the above what do they have in common? all signed by Glass, I shaks ma heid.

What is Neil Lennon up to these days.
