Sorry. My mistake. I am mixing you up with another poster on here who stated that he is not a Dee4life member.
I also received my November newsletter by email at 12.42pm today.

He is also the treasurer of the DSA.
John Nelms is only interested in speaking and dealing with the DSA committee.

As I have asked boosting membership for what?

If they can't get their basic entitlement and D4L committee won't support any legal action to get that right.......we will still be here in 5 years time having got nowhere......
Interested that you have guessed that current situation will drag on for 5years. I thought the new stadium was essential to provide additional income streams to support our team. Funeral market is coming under pressure from "pure" funerals, which seem to me to be simply a disposal system for a dead body. Cuts down costs and the need for funeral teas. Is there any information about the new income streams that were the basis for the move to a new stadium? Might be something that fans could help with by providing suggestions.

I've never read anywhere that additional income streams will go to the team .....I cud be wrong........but seems to be a massive assumption from some of our fans.

People leaving body to "medical butchers " sorry science has also increased rapidly over the last 5 years.

Peter Hitchens and Arch Bishop of Canterbury have also commented recently about pure funerals and how they circumnavigate the grieving process.......I always have this vision of someone arriving at the door with yer mother's ashes at the same time as DPD with yer air fryer or two dozen golf balls. 🙄

    Linda & Islay, 3 rounds, bare knuckle......£10 a ticket.

Give Linda the mic 🎤 for a wee rant and then mic 🎤 to Islay to interpret what he said.,.....guy Fae DSA ref.

As far as stadium is concerned.....my interpretation is we would be tenants with no guarantee of who owners will be at any given point.......so how would any potential income streams go to the team?

I thought that the whole point was that DFC would own the ground and have extra ways to use it to cover the costs. If we are being set up as the sole potential tenant then I don't see how we can afford to do that.

DFC will be tenants, nothing more.

In the fantasy realm where this stadium comes off DFC would own nothing

It's not DFC that's affording it though......it's FPS and their "investors"
.........DFC will pay rent to the owners........whoever that will be.

And I don't think DFC would be sole tenant but DFC will never be the landlord......that is absolutely certain.

Disappointed that owning the ground isn't the final destination. If you pay rent someone is earning a return on their investment. If you pay a mortgage you are gradually buying the property and will eventually be mortgage free. Was hoping that there would be a starting point of DFC owning their ground.
