Its actually worse today when reality kicks in and you think of it being in touching distance a mere few weeks ago.

Been a kill me now end to this season.
Having automatic promotion almost gift wrapped and blowing it big time , and then getting to the play-off final and putting in a sh1tshow like that!
Was painful to watch , feel sorry for our tremendous supporters.
Negative and passive in one of the biggest games we have had in years , Farke has learnt nothing.

    Unforgivable.

Still feel slightly numb post game.

So frustrating that we have raw talent we just haven’t used or don’t learn lessons.

Farke will point to Gray, Summerville and Rutter as examples of promoting his ( they are not his they are the club’s) lads.

For all that we have a load more that has neither been used nor developed.

Cresswell - was close to player of the season for Millwall, scored 6 goals and dominant in the air. A leader on the pitch too.

Shackleton - played over 25 times for Millwall, great energy and running.

Drameh - god knows how we messed that up (to be fair pre Farke)

Geldhardt - rave reviews from Sunderland and can play 10 and is creative

Joseph - scores 2 on full debut and doesn’t get a start in the league - looked more dangerous in 15 minutes than Rutter and Piroe in a combined 10 times plus that

Anthony - quick, fast, direct, prem experience and can play up front (not sure he got a single minute at 9).

Gyabi - got rave reviews at Plymouth and can get forward not sure he had a single minute in the league

Spence - championship team of the year full back - played mainly at LB and then sacked off.

Rutter and Piroe doesn’t work as a pair - he doesn’t learn.

Kamara and Gruev - coupled with Rutter at 10 means a lack of creativity in the middle and balanced forward drive.

Summerville - tired and not of form - let’s keep playing him!

Ampadu and Gray in the middle was a fantastic combo which gave us strength, drive abd creativity he could have found a way to restore that.

Russell Martin was humble in victory and credited the players.

Farke was deluded and made excuses and seems to think he is guaranteed to be in place next year.

    Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrttr

Think 49ers will stick with Farke for now, but with some pretty damning words & expectations clearly laid out for next season. Unless we are playing well and min 1st or 2nd place come end Oct / early Nov, then it will be bye bye time.
