That's just downright weird. I assumed she'd been sacked full stop. But, does the Labour Party leader actually choose his/her deputy? Or are they elected?

    Yep............

Sir Keir Starmer has sacked Angela Rayner as Labour Party chair, Sky News understands.

Ms Rayner remains the party's deputy leader as that is an elected position.

"Keir said he was taking full responsibility for the result of the elections - and he said we need to change," a Labour source said about the decision.

If she has, she certainly keeps them well hidden. Or are we talking about a few outfits she might well have bought from there?

Not sure about her shopping habits, but I suspect that if she wanted a luxury flat renovation she might have forked out herself.

Apparently those who want it for free, despite having millions, can still merit your vote.

Possibly. Perhaps your idea of ''principles" works on a sliding scale?

The less you cheat, the more ''principled'' you are?

In politics, that's probably not far off the mark.

I could reply with press reports of Boris Johnson's crime sheet, but it would take up my whole night.

Being reported that he is shuffling the shadow cabinet and that she will get a good position.
