    That’s exactly it.

Our combination of Chairman and staff is exactly right for our position in the football hierarchy, it works well, it’s good

If we keep the same chairman and same staff it will continue, which is good and I’m happy with it.

But if a higher and consistent position up the football ladder is what we want then changes to the ‘ management team” and/or change of ownership is required. With that though comes an increased risk of disaster.

Personally I like where we are now.
Yes, be careful what you wish for. I used to really like Manchester City when they were perpetual 'strugglers' through the 70s, 80s, 90s and into the early 21st Century but I really dislike them now they've bought their way to stardom.

I suppose the question is, "What does a successful Rotherham United F.C. look like to you?". At the end of the day Rotherham will always be a small town in South Yorkshire so it's unlikely anyone will ever contemplate investing enough in The Millers to make them Premiership material when there are far more attractive propositions out there.

There is that also. The difficulty in finding a 'similar' club to ours who are consistently successful at this level only goes to show how hard it is....

Chairman Tony Stewart is backing Warne and is ready to pay a significant portion of the attacker's wages in a bid to seal the deal.

"I've got the chairman's full support"

Our Chairman, backing our Manager, again.

Someone feeding Warney off here? 😂

He’s wasting his time, fans just read what’s not actually there

I can see this one costing us 8-10k per week. Hopefully his club will pay the rest. If we land him their is no one can say TS is not backing warne..

Yeah I was thinking somewhere in that range. One big last signing to hopefully complete the squad. Somewhat offset by sending out a couple too, on loan.

Is it likely Kelly will be loaned out if this striker happens?
I'm assuming we are signing him to play and not be a bench warmer
