You can't tell me there wouldn't be bother if we were all in Glasgow at the same time?

The sensible thing would be just having it on different weekends.
Completely agree. SPFL statement says both must be at Hampden (okay) and any other alternative would have knock on fixture congestion - absolute boll@cks. This scenario needs 4 games to be cancelled, that can't be played the following week anyway as already fixtures then. The obvious solution (to me anyway) would have us playing sevco on Sunday 28th with say a 2pm kick-off, which cancels two games. Then have Hertz v celtic the following weekend (Sunday 3pm to avoid clash with our TV game against Killie that day) and as they are due to play each other on the Saturday anyway only needs one game cancelled so this version actually results in less fixture congestion (3 games to be rearranged rather than 4) plus both games are at a better time for fans.

    What am I missing?

Exactly.... Empty Dons end in protest is the only option imho

We wouldn't miss out much financially either as both games split 4 ways

Correct... Even if we did, thats the price you pay for not sticking up for / fighting for your supporters / customers

Strangely enough they are quite happy to cause fixture congestion if Celtic want to play in a money spinning friendly.
