You do realise that of the points I raised on my initial post that not one person has offered up a differing view?
So with that being the case then I find it hard to work out how I'm upset by "differing views" when there aren't any. If anything I'd say that people were commenting in agreement with what I said.
If people want to go back and read my original post and then share their differing views then I'll happily chat about it but so far I've got basically nothing other than I'm a bed wetter etc etc.
I don't think anyone disagrees with what you said, but most of us, myself included were just happy to be in the next round.
We know where we need to improve and we will improve as the games go on and players come back from injury and new signings start appearing.
Hopefully Cormack's claim of three new signings before the window shuts (potentially a fourth) come to fruition and they can add something to the team/squad.
What else can I add. I don't want another season like the past few and see us end up changing manager again and another potential rebuild in 2024. That is part of the problems (for me anyway) that you highlighted in your initial post.
I'm honestly not too concerned with our form at the moment.
I don't look at any of our games from a financial point of view either. I'm not sure when that actually become a thing in fitba, but I couldn't give a f**k about that side of things.

May not be our defence come September really isn't what matters when you're playing qualifiers in August though.
Qualifying for the Europa league has the potential for greater income depending on the teams you may be playing against, if we got Liverpool for example, you honestly don't think the income we would generate from that in sponsors/TV/assorted other revenue would dwarf anything we would get from the Conference? Remember you're going on the assumption that we pick up some wins in the Conference league to generate the money but we'd be in pot 4 I think so all the teams would have a much greater coefficient ranking.
If we were to get lucky in the Europa league and finish 3rd then I believe we'd drop into the Conference after Xmas thus giving us again more potential income, finish 3rd in the Conference league and you're out completely.
I said in my post that Morris can skin a player but his final ball was severely lacking, Clarkson did play some good passes but is he not wasted in the position Robson deploys him? Duk was pretty poor against Stirling and Miovski, with the exception of his goal, wasn't that great either.
We'll most probably be going into Thu with a defence that hasn't played with each other in a competitive game, hardly ideal preparation and allows the risk of massive errors.

I don't look at our games primarily from a financial point of view but if we've any intention of progressing as a squad and first 11 then we need the money to back that up. I can't imagine Cormack etc have a vast network of investors still sitting idly by that'll pump money in so on the playing surface is ultimately where any extra money coming in is going to be generated.
I don't want to be chopping and changing managers also, Robson has earned his shot and I hope he gets a lengthy run even if results turn sour.
If I recall correctly you mentioned that Huns or Tim's wouldn't accept that performance so why should we. Some people took a differing view, particularly opposing the comparison between us and the odious them. I'd call that differing views. As I said, it's a forum for sharing views.
That wasn't my original post though was it? We were referencing my initial post and I made no mention of the gruesome twosome there.
And I named those 2 teams but as I stated after that it could've been any two teams from any leagues that hoover up the vast majority of trophies on offer.
