A Georgetown University researcher who hasn't been charged with a crime and has no criminal record was seized by federal agents this week, in what his lawyer described as "just another example of our government abducting people."

Masked agents arrested Badar Khan Suri outside his home in Rosslyn, Virginia, on Monday night, Politico reported Wednesday. Suri is an Indian national and postdoctoral fellow who was studying and teaching on a student visa, according to the report.

First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a socialist.

Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a trade unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

Badar Khan Suri is/was living in the USA on a Student Visa. He has been active in organising anti-semitic protests on campus with the aim of closing down the university and harassing Jewish students. He has been active on social media, promulgating lies about Israel, anti-semitism and support for the proscribed terrorist organisation Hamas. All of these activities are in breach of the conditions under which he was granted a Student Visa and said Visa has now been revoked, which means he is now in the USA illegally and will be deported.

Just for context, his wife has been active in the Hamas organisation and his father-in-law is an active Hamas official. Just so we know what the US is dealing with here.

    God Bless America.

Detained Palestinian activist Mahmoud Khalil has said his arrest was “a direct consequence” of exercising his right to free speech in advocating for an end to “the genocide in Gaza.”

    America is phucked.

By what right is this 'Palestinian activist' in the USA ? You can run but you can't hide.

It's us that's well and truly phucked mon ami, Trump might have arrived just in time to save the USA from a similar fate, we'll see, but there's no Trump to save this lunatic asylum.

ICE personnel arrive at your door, chuck you in a van without trial or due process, sling you on a plane and then pay fortunes to incarcerate you in some South American $hithole. Hitler used the same tactics with the Jews. It was called the Holocaust.

Trump and his Jews will not be happy until they have started WW3...

China has strongly condemned renewed Israeli attacks on Gaza, expressing regret over the “harm done to the hard-won ceasefire” and urging Tel Aviv “to renounce its obsession with the use of force” in the besieged Palestinian enclave.

Starmer is already under his desk with a tin hat on...

Global 195, led by ICJP, launches a worldwide legal coalition to pursue accountability for alleged war crimes by Israeli and dual nationals, targeting individuals across military and political ranks.

Irish premier Michael Martin has strongly condemned the latest Israeli strikes on Gaza, describing them as the “collective punishment” of Palestinians.

He said the “deploring and shocking” bombings have led to the deaths of “so many innocent people”.

The Fianna Fail leader is in Brussels for an EU summit with his European counterparts.

Asked about the latest strikes which hit multiple homes overnight, killing men, women and children as they slept, he said: “These statements yesterday from Israeli leaders, particularly in terms of (defence) Minister (Israel) Katz, seemed to me to amount to collective punishment of the Palestinians within Gaza. It’s quite shocking.

“It needs to stop, and Europe needs to say stop to the killing and to the slaughter that’s going on in Gaza at the moment.

“We do also need a release of all hostages, and we need to move very quickly to phase two of the ceasefire which was originally agreed and which should be complied with.

“But what has to happen now, I think, is that as much pressure as possible from the European Union, US and others, is to say to Israel to stop this bombing.

“There was no warning. Many, many people that come back after the ceasefire to their homes in the expectation that they were going to experience some degree of peace and harmony, and that has been shattered by what appears to be very indiscriminate bombing of Palestinian homes and families.”

I loved the picture from last week in the White House when Martin told Trump in no uncertain terms he was complicit in ethnic cleansing and genocide!

Sorry mon ami, I have no interest in what some Irish blowhard has to say about Israel.
