fine isnt a deterrent but it is legally questionable anyway to have a rule that states you cant take governing body to court. Thats why it was so low. The details will be re written to explain the process going forward apparently

Hopeful that is the end of it and we can get back to the futba

Hertz/Thistle should release a statement accepting it and get on with their team activities.
Shambolic amateurism by several parties with Hearts self interest & dam all others attitude the worst.
SFA/SPFL and all clubs should ensure there is now a legally binding agreement considering this and other eventualities.

They are a championship club now. Why do they think they should get special dispensation to train before all the other clubs are allowed to? Are they seeking a competitive advantage over all the other lower league clubs?
