I hope I am wrong.
I don't listen to English media, so don't care what they say. I just want away from Westminster, but not convinced at all this Alba party will do anything other than split the vote and allow a subservient coalition to lead the parliament.
We shall find out in May.
I heard an absolute cracker of one (not saying for a minute this is true)....Nicola Sturgeon and Judy Murray are an item. Supposedly buying a house together and all will be revealed after the election.
I am admittedly not a fan of Sturgeon but what a load of nonsense.
(This was meant to be a reply to the Balmoral rumour)
The theory only need last until May.
Once, the parliament is packed out with independence voting MSP’s we will have another referendum.
After the referendum it doesn’t matter.
The SNP was never going to stay together once independence was achieved, and neither was it ever desirable for it to do so.
If independence isn’t achieved then it doesn’t matter anyway, not to us oldies anyway.
Not in our lifetime I’m afraid.
That's how I see it.
I lost any remaining respect for the man when he got his Tory pal to speak up for him at Westminster, sickening.
What we need up here is for Labour party to ditch London and campaign for Independence up here and am quite sure if that happens and I feel it has too, then the route to independence will become a lot easier.
Independence will happen, it is only a matter of when, not if.
The Labour party may well be f’ucked.
If they stay with the English and manage to stymie independence then it could still be a long long time before any of them were in power.
An independent Scotland with a couple of social democratic parties, a proper socialist party and a right of centre party sounds pretty good to me.
As long as we’re full members of the EUROPEAN UNION.
