Feel a bit sorry for the boy but it might end up being a good move for him. Liam Smith fit again and Bolton there too. I liked what I've seen of him, hope he does well up there in Middle Earth.

Graham heading to Cove on loan.

Three out who have been in the first team squad lately. Surely to f*ck this means we have some incoming?

It certainly looks that way to me

You've got to think so. These outgoings are all pointing heavily towards that.

Let's hope for a couple of nice surprises.

As much as we all want new signings, I think we supporters must be realistic, and see that most football clubs, including United, are struggling to financially survive. I'd much rather my club survived this pandemic, and if that meant controlling costs by not signing new players, then so be it.

I have to agree with this. After the Kilmarnock game I thought we desperately needed to add some players to our squad after having the bulk of possession in that game but creating next to nothing. 4 weeks have now passed and there has been no visible movement at all. This has all been a bit frustrating, given that we offered £250k for Nisbet and the attempted Norwood and Safranko deals would have involved a fair amount of money changing hands - this suggests that there is money available to bring in new players.

I've changed my mind a bit though and I think it's more important to look after the club's long term financial stability. With the way things are shaping up - ongoing restrictions, etc - the club could find it difficult going forward.

I think we all agree that it's important that we stay up this season, but probably more important that the club can afford to keep running.

Think the guys running the club have there heads switched on and still think there may be a player or two come in before the window shuts. They were prepared to spend a bit to get players in that they fancied but sadly none of those came off.Could take right up till the window about shut before they can get in players that they think are good enough.Win last week and hope fully again next couple of weeks will maybe keep folk calm till we see what happens.I agree though keeping united alive is more important than making signings.
