Not FN one of them have appeared on SB 71's thread about their Arab history because they havnie FN got one,FACT.At some point the Mods on this board will need to decide if they are willing to allow a poster who is involved in almost every thread is to be banned for life when he only defend's his political beliefs against posters who could not give a flying phuck about DUFC.

Totally agree with this, it's bizarre thinking. But the case levels in Angus (for instance) really don't justify lock down and haven't really for weeks now.

No one is allowed to be political, not just you. It just so happens that you don't seem to be able to take this on board time & again despite knowing that kind of chat is banned on this here. Tbf to others, they have kept the political chat to a minimum after everyone was warned a few weeks ago and tbh, in moderation, I'm fine with a bit being discussed in the vaccine thread but not to the lengths of the other week.

I haven't taken part in SB71s thread, what's the issue? Some of us don't feel the need to take part in posts like that when they've been done before. Does it mean we don't have an Arab history? Does it f*ck. The thread in question only asks where we were born and where we live now. What has that got to do with people having an Arab history?

128,242,601 covd deaths worldwide and rising by the second is a Pandemic. Just because we have ours somewhat under control thanks to strict measures and the vaccine doesn't mean we stop & go back to normal.

My point was there’s 1400 odd deaths by other means so overall it’s not a significant number and 23 deaths today so far in uk from covid.Just like to know what constitutes a pandemic as all this is as clear as mud

Just because our numbers are low just now doesn't mean we are out of a pandemic. We are going in the right direction as large parts of the population are being vaccinated. It would be folly to open up too quickly especially as numbers are spiralling in rest of Europe. The gradualist approach is the right one, we could easily slip back in to another surge if we get it wrong.

Fair rise in Angus cases over the weekend unfortunately. Up from 23/100,000 to 34/100,000. Still low enough to not merit the tight restrictions we're in mind you, but its this type of rise that will have the government watching us very closely & subsequently reluctant to let us loose.

Sorry to split hairs here, but the reported time frame for that is the 7 days up to the 25th, last Thursday. That figure is now 39/100k, up to Friday. May this have been something to do with cases at Monifieth High that were mentioned somewhere, although i cant remember seeing a news report on that.
