Update on Waghorn: #dcfc likely to complete deal once Vijdra has left for #lufc. Derby have to be careful of FFP. Initial fee will be £4m, with up to £4m of add ons if Derby get to Prem Lg.

Vydra wants £50k a week wages Weeds won't pay that. Derby need to shift him and some of their other over priced players like Martin, Jerome and Nugent to be on the right side of FFP to get Waghorn. Ipswich want money up front and not a jam tomorrow deal Derby are proposing. References to Smoggies being interested is paper talk designed to set up an auction. We won't increase our offer which I presume is £5 million up front. So who is going to twitch first.

To be honest we should walk away now and say the offer is withdrawn and move onto other targets as this is a deadline day move in the making.

Exactly we are been messed about and this is no slight on Waghorn. I would get the lad from Liverpool on loan and use the rest of the budget on the left wing back from Chelsea Herbert recommended, Dasilva. It would give us a better balance.

According to newspaper talk, Villa are asking £35m for Jack Grealish. Yes, I know! Jack bloody Grealish!
