Bowyer or Appleton were my preferences but Hurst would be next as I don't think the other 2 would want it, certainly can't understand this clamour for Martin Allen to come back.

Can't say obviously. The manager is Sam Ricketts.
Alan's Twitter anouncment though seem's to suggest something different from what i have been told. Possible he has gone back to Hurst.

I have it on good authority that it's le chien enragé. no wonder he's taking a break from social media.

It would be a risky gamble in my opinion. There are some experienced former league managers in there like Martin Allen, Graham Alexander, Gary Waddock? Or what about Andy Hessenthaler, Peter Taylor!!!

Then there is Justin Edinburgh the Leyton Orient Manager. Didn’t AH mention London for interviews?

How about former England goalkeeper Tim Flowers?

Of course we have our former manager Jamie Fullarton in there!!

I’d say the best up and coming prospect in the national league is Dave Challinor - Age 43. 53.5% win ratio and has been manager of AFC Flyde since 2011. But this relegation scrap is not the job for him at the moment.

Are you trying to scare us and give us nightmares Mark45?
