    Happy with Bruce = Happy with Ashley

    Nothing left to say.Bruce is a lack of ambition appointment,Ashley is a lack of ambition owner.Survive and cash the prize money and nothing else.

    100% agree if your happy with Bruce then your happy with Ashley

    Bruce is Ashley’s boy and does as he’s told. He won’t rock the boat as he knows fine well he is in a job that he is not capable of doing. He had a load of new signings to get him to this elevated position but he is destined to fail unfortunately

    I have got nothing against him but he is a head coach operating outside his comfort zone. Against Crystal Palace we ended up with FOUR Centre Forwards on the pitch. With the exception of The Saint he is incapable of getting anything out of his forward line. I think they have two goals between them all season

    Meaning of the word mercenary ;

    primarily concerned with making money at the expense of ethics.

    So in a word Yes.After the way he shafted the owner at Sheffield Wednesday.Lets not question his character though.Its a one way street elsewhere where that is concerned.Or finger pointed.

    Mercenary - Yes. But what we are missing is the fact that Steve Bruce was offered the opportunity to manage his boyhood club. Why wouldn't he? He thought he could make a difference and is having a go. The fact that he doesn't have the skills is irrelevant (we knew that) he is having a bash, and I for one hope he wins every game from now till the end of the season. If I had all my badges and you offered me Sheff Wed or my true love Newcastle I'd put my whole heart into NUFC. His hands are totally tied. Let's see what happens in the transfer window............ but I'm not hopeful cos we all know where the problem lies.

    Dont give me that bollòcks about given the chance to manage his boyhood club.If it meant that much to him he wouldn't of turned it down when Sir Bob was sacked.Or do we forget that.I wont.

    Who wants an argument.Just sick of hearing it's his dream job.It isn't.He turned it down once so hardly his dream.Didn't turn the mackem job down did he.If his love Man Utd offered him the job he would be gone tomorrow.Thats his dream.He pìsses in the same pot as Ashley and Charnley.All 3 can get to fùck.All 3 complicit in ruining the club and having no ambition above staying in the Premier League.
    If anyone doesnt like what I post or have to say dont read it.One thing that's makes me different to quite a few on here is my views dont change after a couple of League wins.

    Does anyone know the actual real reason he turned the job down following Sir Bobby's departure. I've often wondered and it's not as if they were queing up to take him on elsewhere.
