Indeed, but to hammer home my point, how I might feel if someone close to me was being denied life-extending cancer treatment because of the lockdown. I actually know two people in that position but not close.

It's an interesting point. Twitter is full of people of a particular political persuasion who suggest that the government has put the economy before lives, whereas, in fact, the economy is also about lives.

We live in a world where every government move is pored over on Social Media by a population who think there are easy answers, when there aren't.

That statement might be a tad harsh, against the majority of the population to be honest.

Could be owt and nowt Lasterman. Friday is often shopping day for many...think if it eases up in other countries some folks will be impatient to do it themselves...
