"The model simply does not support (the) estimate that lockdown reduced the core reproduction number (R) by 81%🙄 or that more than 3 million deaths were averted by non pharmaceutical interventions"

Institute of medicine Edinburgh uni referring to the paper by Imperial College.

    I will......just not on here....as I really could.

1 question and I won't comeback no matter the answer.

Do you think the views that I quote get a fair representation on MSM or that many "normal" folk know they even exist?

I think they are dismissed by the traditional media for a few reasons.
One, they write what they are told to write, and if their masters support the government, the so do they.
    Two
To a lesser extent,I think they see social media as beneath them, except for their clickbait, so anything reported from non traditional sources is seen as inferior to their traditional methods.

Anyone with a social media account has probably seen something similar to your examples, but the effectiveness of those posts has been diminished over the last decade due to the glut of disinformation on those platforms.

There are no flu deaths this winter because nobody is mixing. Everything is closed apart from supermarkets and small corner shops.
Over 15 years ago friends on Islay who has previously lived near Glasgow returned home from a shopping trip to Glasgow with a heavy cold.
They had to attend their GP on Islay who informed them that thanks to living on Islay for several years they had lost their immunity to colds and flu in crowded places such as shopping centres.

Yes, herd immunity seems to be a fact. How to achieve it seems to be based on vaccinations and I think much more effective treatments for those who actually catch covid. I wonder how much money is being invested in finding treatments?

Starting to sound like islay no longer wants to be a member of the Dee-Mad Branch Covidians there is also the lack of international travel bringing the flu to the UK.
