On last nights performance sacking Bielsa will prove to be as much use as swapping deckchairs on the Titanic !

“Marsching on together” he looks like he'd struggle to organise a woodpeckers breakfast in Sherwood Forest

Leeds 4 shots 1 on target Villa 15 shots 9 on target

Teams below Leeds have games in hand -34 goal difference! good luck with your battle your going to need it !!

If you actually do go to games and you couldn’t appreciate the brand of football Bielsa tried to play and see the obvious the squad was painfully thin so it could never cope with losses to key players then not sure what to say.

The idea that an inexperienced manager who got sacked from his last job after 17 games could take the same squad and work miracles was fanciful.

The game last night was truly dreadful. The new system looks too simplistic and didn’t work last night. Everything is about getting to the penalty spot asap - if they pack the midfield the other team wins the ball and counters.

In his post match interview JM looked lost and broken already and sounded like a marketing manual.

He is playing people out of position - Koch, Ayling for example. Not heard ER that toxic for a long time.

The board forgot that Bielsa can take players and make then perform above the level they normally would - now Bielsa has left they regress to the natural level and the lack of investment in better players comes into sharper focus.

Good luck with your new poster boy Jesse but he looks as incapable as some of Orta’s more questionable signings.

Some other things - the post match huddle seems to have been dropped already.

The board should have learnt of Plan A is right but not working implement it harder - they truly learnt nothing from Bielsa.

Oh I forgot - it will be fine in the post match interview JM said the players just have to believe - believe what that are the 1989 AC Milan team.

One game what about all the others joyous performances like West Ham A and what went before.

Our new manager bounce was a loss to Leicester and then a white flag surrender to Villa. He was brought into to save our season instead he looks like ensuring that we are relegated without getting to the end of the season.

    His CV is average
His tactics are not his own but stolen from RB and simplistic - some of it seems more Hockaday.

When he opens his mouth he spouts babble.

We allegedly play 4 2 2 with no width and full backs tucked in when the ball is on the other side - this means no option to switch.

Everything is about getting the ball to the opponents penalty spot at speed - sound like Warnock at all.

There is no depth and variability to tactics and the one thing he was supposed to do was make us better defensively - that was as bad as I have seen us without the hope we could nick goals at the other end.

We can’t keep possession and the ability to pass has evaporated too - if you see postivea in that good luck to you but sounds like the Klix of last year who was told by virtually everyone on here to do one has returned.

Strange how you post most when we are doing badly - go figure.

What kind of ass clown plays this narrow when our ONLY strength is how many wide players we have?

Oh and plays Koch in midfield when we have Klich, Forshaw, Dallas, Shackleton etc who could all play there and Koch could be where he should be at CB and LLORENTE ON THE BENCH but no we will play a right back who has been hopeless for 2 months at CB

    Sadly spot on

Oh and compare with Bielas first run of games with a squad that finished 15th the year before and we battered Stoke A and stormed to the top of the table.

If they really felt they needed to get rid of Bielsa so be it but to then replace him with an inexperienced callow coach who was out of work and sacked for the inability to get a far better squad than ours to perform under his tactics - genius.

If that was on Orta’s recommendation then - well for once I might share WTFs opinion

Llorente should not be on the bench, he's been embarrassing lately
