Yeah personally and your probably right in the history of the club . I'm no lover of either keeper on what seen so far but surely defence and midfield yesterday made it impossible for any keeper to look half decent yesterday .

Wtf has happened to Edwards? He was our man mountain. The Blackpool Tower. Nothing went passed him for a while. He was dominant in the air in both boxes. Now he's as weak as sh*t. His body language his absolutely horrendous.

Honestly, I've never wanted a manager out of my club as much as I do right now. We are literally falling apart and heading into oblivion as a team, and as individuals, before our very own eyes and it's getting worse every week!!

Tam got pelters but his mister nice guy and being everyone's best mate management style seems to be what these players need. As much as the criticism is deserved, Ross's comments in the press about the players are only going to further kill their confidence.

. I like Edwards as a player and he can do the captain's job when things are going well but when the chips are down he is not the leader we need. Results have been dreadful and the the thing that stands out a mile to me is that we have no leader on the park, nobody who will grab the game by the scruff of the neck, put in the hard 50/50 tackle that gives the crowd and his teammates the gee up they need, nobody who can get the best out of their mates, a captain needs to man manage and give the right players a bollicking to get them going and the right players for an arm round the shoulder and a gentle word in their ear, we don't have that person but I can guarantee with that type of person on the park we would be a different proposition than we are now. A player who does it week in and week out for a smaller team as an example would be Alan Power at Killie, he bosses is every time we play them and is a classic example of the type of player we are missing

You don’t need the armband to be a leader, Roy Keane is held up as a great captain, but he’d have been the same without the armband. You can have 3-4 captains in your team, at moment we look lacking in that area.

Have to say I’m not overly fussed for managers going crazy on touch line, courts seemed to have great man management skills but rarely got animated on the touchline, but was surprised Ross wasn’t more visible in the circumstances, I actually wondered watching him if he’d chucked It at the time and was going to walk. Also can’t believe he didn’t just swamp the team with runners, any semblance of def mids etc (sibbald, mulgrew) to just limit the damage.

I totally agree about Roy Keane but let's be honest if he wasn't your captain there would have to be an incredible leader ahead of him in the pecking order. Every team should have 3 or 4 leaders on the park but unfortunately at the moment we have nobody stepping up, I do believe with the right type of player and person as captain he would inspire others to step up too, if our transfer business is done I fear for our season, it's alright to have good football players when things are going well but when your in a slump like we are you need born leaders to drag you out of it but unfortunately I don't see any at tannadice.

I hate to see it but sometimes it's required. What we needed was someone to put the phuckin boot in. They knew they could play all day around us without fear.

We could be missing Butcher and before that Fuchs did a brilliant job as DM

I don’t blame Eriksen for yesterday - he actually made some saves and it was others downing tools that made the damage worse

It’s so early that I do want JR to get Livi and a league game against beatable opposition to see if any chance he can turn it around

If he goes Michael O’Neill is the stand out candidate for me

Before then we need Birighitti out the club imho - not helping anyone to start tweeting for the opposition. Absolute disgrace

I don't know what is wrong at Tannadice ATM. Certainly something seriously amiss.

But I am absolutely furious with the players for being a bunch of ****ehouses.

I didn't want JR as manager in the first place. His Hibs team were poor and were less than the sum of their parts. But I don't know how much of the blame lies with him.

The lack of adequeate replacements for Jeando/Butch and Benji stand out as being an accident waiting to happen. And guess what, it has happened in a far more significant way than I ever thought possible.

Even last season (after Edwards got the captains armband) he didn't look the right fit for that particular job. Currently he looks absolutley scunnered, out of his depth and in the worst vein of form we have seen from him.

Feck knows how we sort all of this, but the transfer window is still open so we could at least solve a couple of our issues with a bit of cash and a bit of urgency.

I am honestly gutted and never expected us to sink so low as where we are ATM.

Yeah I agree actually. Benji would have been just the same yesterday for instance.

It's actually really difficult to comprehend what's went so disastrously wrong. I've seen teams lose confidence and be on runs where they can't buy a win but this is different level.

Make no mistake, the damage this has done to our club means we are (IMO) absolute certainties to be relegated this season. Sounds like hyperbole as there are so many games left but think for a moment about what we are being forced to witness.

    Depressing.
