I think waivers otherwise someone can snap up all the best available players simply by logging in at right time. Waivers will also keep the league competitive be like the Scottish league otherwise.

I'm interested in Henry, but I'm humming and hawing.
I was contemplating offering a cheeky Cam Ackers but I'm curious to see how he does in Minnesota now.....
