Remember when Rodrigues left and we replaced him with Crowley.

Are the bros asset stripping for a sale??🤣🤣🤣
Said 2 weeks ago we couldn't even offer a contract to a potential squad player not on a lot. We have since sold Nemane, now possibly Crowley.
Don't take the top line serious

I'm told by sources in the know that we retain interest in Jodi Jones. Parky played Rathbone off Dalby in the No 10 role against Sheff Utd in the cup and is looking for competition for that attacking midfielder position now Davies has joined Grimsby. And Jones is on the list of possible replacements. . Don't shoot the messenger.
My only doubt is the style you play doesnt suit the way he plays but if he trebles his wages he might not care !

That's financial suicide, first you have to pay his wages for not playing then let him go for nothing? Great management that I don't think. We aren't Man City you know.

I think Nemane was different, I don’t think he would have played all season if I’m honest, not saying Gordon will be first choice but Nemanes defensive frailties caused us issues.
So if the club is telling the truth about Grant as he was a player we were tracking and interested in already then the deal starts to make sense.

    Hope it doesn't happen.
I’m certainly not backing losing Crowley at this stage of the window, it’s wouldn’t be an absolute disaster but one hell of loss to say the least as he’s in the Palmer territory of extremely hard to replace at this level.

IMO one of the issues with selling your best players is that with Macca gone and if Crowley goes then the other better players ie JJ & maybe Palmer (when fit) are more likely to leave as they know the club are not going to be as successful and so will look elsewhere.

Why would we replace players with a loanee? There is no value in that

Remember when Langstaff and Morias left and we replaced them with no one? How about Nemane?
