We'd need to improve massively from recent performances to get 3rd. I suspect we will finish 6th, unless we were to win today, then we'd be in strong position to finish above hearts at least.
SFA official Alan Muir has been told his VAR career is over after the former referee blundered by disallowing a Celtic goal against Hibernian in February that should not have been overturned. (Scottish Sun)
Nothing about the cheating against UTD!
Yet that wee cheating chunt McDermid was back as ref for Killie v Motherwell and was hopeless, was called to VAR twice, the first he gave a red that never was and the second he had to rescind a red he gave
The decision to overturn the Dalby goal was weekly evidence was worse than the Celtic one that Hibs benefitted from the same week
And there we go again. No danger that's a foul, terrible touch by the Celtc player and he hits the deck. Phuckin hate VAR with a passion.
Yes, never a foul and not enough to rule out a goal, only surprise is they overturned the penalty, was never a pen, could see that in real time
Yeah, a dive all day long. Cheating *******.![]()
So the Hibs decision cost us 3rd afterall
Hibs have benefitted greatly, that week they had the Dalby goal, the Celtic equaliser that wasn't out of play, and today again a goal that was blatantly over the line
Has earned them millions
I'm sure everyone knows my thoughts on how utterly useless I think VAR is but it's not as simple as you are making out. You don't know we'd have gone into win the match if the VAR decision had'nt happened.
VAR is great if implemented well but its not in our league, it's tin pot.
Either we go all out and have goal line technology along with more cameras and bodies to man VAR or we do away with it altogether!!! Its an absolute 5hit show in this country and pointless......ie the Hun penalty last week was a horrendous decision and 100% affected the result....but who cares aye?
