The name I'm hearing bandied about is Brian Priske, after watching some of his past interviews, I'd be okay with him.
We've not had much luck with foreign managers at Notts. Gudjon Thordarsson, Hans Backe and Ricardo Moniz didn't achieve much.

Evatt or Buckingham for me, both relatively young, both with promotions, think Evatt maybe more realistic.

Moniz was fantastic entertainment though. Brilliant jacket.

From the odds, and then mean **** all really as the ownership do there work mainly around the lesser-trodden paths, I'd go for Hinshelwood, Buckingham or Duff myself.

Priske is bat**** insane. Alves appearing there is odd, he didn't look like he added anything, but I reckon is fairly out of his depth coming from an analyst position so quickly.

Ricardo Moniz. He’d get us up straight away now. Even if we kept losing, they’d give us promotion, just for the coat!

At the time it was a crazy appointment and our scouting was terrible. He bought in some rubbish and he got sacked for it. Can’t deny the attack, attack, attack style was brilliant though. Even if I did agree with the sacking at the time! After watching Maynardball for so long now, I’d pay for Ricardos airfare!

Wasn't it Guy Branston who brought in the rubbish? It was indeed crazy to have someone recruiting for a manager with a totally opposite football philosophy.

Fat Sam left in the wrong way. Whilst LW perhaps allowed himself to be tapped up ("Chairman came over to my house"), he didn't resign and we got a hefty fee (possibly because of the way Swansea conducted business)

Yes, different circumstances but same end result. They both jumped without a second thought, and I get the "Anyone would do the same" type remarks but what's to stop him doing the same again?
