BWFC dropping in to say good luck lads.

Been there and after years of asset stripping/points deduction/selling off senior players so we had to send out the U18s/relegations etc etc we were saved from extinction at the very last minute - wouldn't wish it on anyone, especially founding clubs like ours.

You just have to hope that anyone bidding for the club has good intentions - and uses their own money rather than loans against the club's assets. The FPP test is a joke and there are some cowboys out there.

A good article in the mail of all places, both boro and Wycombe come across as bitter sore losing chances and if a judge read this then surely they would throw both cases out

Wow...well done Stenson...a sensible and articulate article in the Mail...about as rare as rocking horse poo.
Agree with every word...absolute common sense from Martin Samuel and another sign that the tide may be turning...but will it turn quickly enough?

I do hope he’s a very Rich Riley!

Thanks for your words of support Wanderlust...what proper football fans should be saying although, tbh, I’m not sure how many in Derby showed enough concern for what happened to your neighbours Bury...or what is currently happening just a little further away at Boundary Park.

Football clubs are a crucial part of the local community and that goes for Macclesfield just as much as Liverpool. We, or at least our owner at the time did wrong. We’ve been punished, heavily and sufficiently imo, and that’s fair enough...but the ruination of football clubs - even Middlesbrough - should not be part of anyone’s agenda.
