    Headed up to the New Campie site this morning as there was talk in Dryburgh of work starting on site with heavy machinery reportedly working there. Got up there only to find a tractor was clearing snow in and around the car park at the Ice Rink, so false alarm.

    Looking at that picture, you'd assume that ground had been vacated years ago. There couldn't possibly be a top league club regularly playing games in a midden like that.

    Every time I see that picture it just reminds me of this

    That's correct, it is.

    And I realised after I'd posted, that I shouldn't have said "top league club" - "full-time club" would perhaps have been more appropriate, given their yoyo tendencies over the last couple of decades.
