Sorry MoP but the tribunal the club attended looked at 2 charges. One connected to the sale of PP to MM and the other on the player amortisation (writing off of player values in the accounts) method the club uses.

Quite probably in the week before the 21/22 season starts after we have spent £80M on new players for our return to the PL and have to return to the SBC........

    Aint that the Derby Way?

On the dodgy side, the news is all over Twitterdom.

On the plus side, it didn't originate from the White House eejit.

It looks like Barry Walsh was the first to post it up. He is the poster who put the news up on how serious Keogh's injuries were from Joinergate a good 24 hours before anybody else. He has also been spot on with some transfer news.

I'm still not prepared to go the whole hog and say it's true but the original source gives me way more positive vibes than negative ones.

Yes the loan only surfaced a week or two ago so isn't included but which might end with another charge who knows, the current charge as said is only the stadium valuation and player amortization

But, like any good burglar, we may seek to have 23 other charges taken into account when our sentence is finally set, to get them all out of the way

That Nick Cowley who posted the not guilty on FB..... he's just said Panzo signing is imminent and.......... we are singing Cavani.

That last one seems to have blown away any street cred he might have had.

Tbf, MA...the DT also says we’re ‘set to land’ Panzo, although I wouldn’t rule out the DT just following Cowley on FB.
